The honest pitch
Why we're asking.
Search engines decide how authoritative a brand's site is partly by counting the number of unique websites that link to it. Kimbo's domain has grown more than any other truck-camper brand on the keyword side, but our referring-domain count sits below the larger competitors — there are 600+ Kimbos on the road, and the easiest way to close the gap is for those owners to link to us from their own sites.
That's the whole pitch. The badge is opt-in, costs nothing, points back to your personal owner badge page on kimboliving.com, and includes utm tracking so we can tell internally that the program is working. We don't track individual badge views; we only measure aggregate referring-domain count and click-through into the rest of the site.
If you're not comfortable with any of that, no pressure — skip it. The owner map at /find-a-kimbo and the community page at /community are how we connect owners regardless of whether you take the badge.
Three steps
How to claim your badge.
The badge claim flow lives in your kimbo-one dashboard — where your camper number, profile, and any photo you've uploaded already are. No second sign-up here.
- 1
Sign in to kimbo-one
Your kimbo-one account is the source of truth for your owner profile — camper number, model, location, optional photo. No second sign-up here.
- 2
Open the Owner Badge tile in your dashboard
The tile shows a live preview of your personalized badge plus three embed-code flavors (HTML snippet for blogs, URL-only for Instagram bio, iframe for sites that prefer it).
- 3
Copy the embed code and paste it where you want
Anywhere you have web presence — personal blog, owner forum signature, YouTube channel description, Linktree, Beacons, link-in-bio. The badge takes about 30 seconds to place.
Interim until the dashboard tile ships: email sales@kimboliving.com with your camper number (e.g. K6S013) and we'll send you your personal badge embed code by reply within one business day.

Frequently asked
Questions, answered.
What is the Kimbo Owner Badge program?
A free embeddable badge that current Kimbo owners can paste onto their personal site, blog, forum signature, link-in-bio service, YouTube channel description, or anywhere else they have web presence. Each badge links back to a personal owner badge page on kimboliving.com. Owners use it to show off their build; prospective buyers click through to discover Kimbo.
Why is Kimbo asking owners to do this?
Honest answer: it helps Kimbo's search visibility. Every badge placed on a new site creates a fresh inbound link from a new referring domain, which is one of the strongest signals Google uses to decide how authoritative a brand's website is. Kimbo's referring-domain count today is meaningfully below the larger truck-camper brands — closing that gap is mostly about earning real placements on real owners' real sites. The badge is opt-in, costs nothing, and the linkback URL is honest (it goes to your personal owner-badge page, then forward into the rest of kimboliving.com).
How do I get my badge?
Sign in to your kimbo-one account, open the Owner Badge tile in your dashboard, and copy the embed code that matches where you're placing the badge (HTML for blogs and forums, URL-only for Instagram bio or Linktree, iframe for sites that allow them). If you don't have a kimbo-one account or you're not sure how to find your camper number, email sales@kimboliving.com and we'll send you your personal badge embed code by reply.
Will the badge make my site look weird?
No — the badge is small (~280×120px), brand-aligned, and uses inline styles only (no external CSS or JavaScript). It renders consistently on every platform we've tested (WordPress, Squarespace, Ghost, Webflow, plain HTML blogs, forum signatures). You can also use the URL-only flavor if you'd rather link from your own existing button or signature.
How do you measure if this is working?
Every badge linkback includes utm tracking (utm_source=owner-badge, utm_medium=referral, utm_campaign={your-camper-number}). Internally we measure: new referring domains brought in by the program, click-through rate from badge pages into the lineup / pillar / owner-map CTAs, and the per-owner contribution to overall referring-domain diversity. We don't track individual badge views — utm is for aggregate program measurement only.
